Exhibit 1.2 is designed for iPhone Duo from its first day. Closed, Exhibit works just as it does today. Open it, or stand it on a table, and Exhibit makes room.

The idea

A personal collection, with space to wander.

Exhibit turns everyday photographs into framed museum pieces, with a title and a label written by a curator in the mood you choose. Photo understanding and writing run entirely on your iPhone: no account, no analytics, and no photo leaves the device.

Coming next

Fold the phone. Enter the gallery.

Planned for an update after launch, The Corner turns the two halves of the display into two gallery walls. As the phone folds, the room’s perspective follows the hinge.
