A little help for your museum.
Questions or a problem with Exhibit? Email support@nesia.studio. Tell us what happened, your iPhone model and your iOS and Exhibit versions. You do not need to send a photograph.
- How do I make my first artwork?
- Choose a photo, select Earnest, Pompous or Absurd, and let the curator suggest a title and label. Use Edit to change every word. Choose Paper, After hours or Colour study for the frame. Tap Keep in museum to collect the piece, or use the share button to export it.
- Why are AI labels unavailable?
- Exhibit requires iOS 27. AI labels also need a compatible iPhone with Apple Intelligence enabled and its image-capable model ready. Check Apple Intelligence in Settings and allow Apple to finish preparing its model. Manual editing, frames, the museum and export remain available when AI labels are unavailable.
- What if the label is wrong or not funny?
- Labels are creative interpretations, and the model can misread a photo. Try another mood or request a fresh label, then edit any words you want to keep. During TestFlight, use Apple’s feedback feature to tell us what went wrong. A screenshot is optional; share one only if you are comfortable sending its contents.
- Does Exhibit work offline?
- Editing, frames, the museum and daily briefs work offline. AI labels run on the device once Apple’s required model is available. Apple may need a connection to download the model or a photo stored only in iCloud. Opening this website or sharing through another service may also need a connection.
- How do I keep or update an artwork?
- Tap Keep in museum before starting another piece. Reopen an artwork from Museum, make your changes, then tap Update in museum. Changes do not update a collected piece until you choose that action. There is no account or live cloud sync; export anything you want to keep separately.
- How does the Daily brief work?
- Tap Daily brief for a small photography prompt that changes with the local calendar day. Choose a photo for the brief and keep the resulting piece in your museum. Completion is based on a saved piece for that day. There are no streaks or notifications.
- What is exported?
- The export preview shows the print composition. Share image provides a 2400 × 3280 JPEG through the system share sheet. Save to Photos saves a PNG at the same dimensions. Your chosen frame and edited words are included. Practice artwork stays clearly marked as an example.
- Save to Photos was denied. What now?
- Allow Exhibit to add photos in iPhone Settings, or use Share image and choose Save to Files. Photo import uses Apple’s picker and does not require access to your whole library. Exhibit does not change or delete the original photograph.
- A sharing app closes or does not show the artwork
- Try saving the image to Photos or Files, then attaching it from the receiving app. Contact support with the receiving app’s name, your iPhone model, iOS version and Exhibit version. The artwork itself is optional. We do not need access to your photo library to investigate.
- How do I delete my work?
- Remove saved pieces from Museum. An open draft and copies in Photos or other apps are separate. Delete Exhibit using Delete App to remove its local data; Offload App keeps app data. Apple-managed backups and exported copies must be managed separately.
- Purchases and refunds
- Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. Exhibit has no subscription and no separate Nesia account. TestFlight is a beta-testing channel; use its feedback controls to report issues with a test build.
